Professor Gooderham is Professor of Molecular Toxicology in the Department
of Biomolecular Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Imperial College London.
Professor Gooderham was appointed as a member in April 2000. He directs
a research group with interests in mechanisms of chemical carcinogenesis,
diet and cancer, metabolism and toxicity of xenobiotics. A Fellow of the
British Toxicology society and of the Royal Society of Chemistry, he is
internationally recognised for his work in the field of aromatic amine
toxicology and brings expertise in metabolism and toxicokinetics to the
Committee.
