Information here DOES NOT REPRESENT THE VIEWS OF THE COMMITTEE OR THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH and should not be quoted as such. The papers may include speculation to act as a stimulus for discussion and the Committee's view may differ significantly from the views suggested by the Secretariat. The Committee's discussion of the papers can be found in the Minutes of the relevant meeting and in the relevant Annual Report.
