Terms of Reference
1. To work with Ministers to oversee the final stages of the revision of
the Prime Minister's Strategy on Carers.
2. To begin a programme of work on the long-term challenges which will impact
on carers.
3. To advise Ministers on the terms of reference for the second stage of
the Standing Commission on Carers.
